Vox 10th Birthday Series: Entrepreneurs Circle

The Brief

Since 2019, Entrepreneurs Circle has chosen the Vox as the home of two of its flagship events — the annual Business Masterclass Event and The Implementer. Both events required an inspiring, modern venue with flexible spaces that could shift between keynote sessions, practical workshops and networking zones. With delegates investing their own time and money to attend, the experience needed to feel premium, purposeful and above all, worthwhile.

Delivery

The Vox delivered the perfect backdrop for both events.

For the Entrepreneurs Conference, halls 1–5 were set cabaret-style for 400–500 delegates, featuring a striking stage setup, large screens and tailored lighting to reflect the brand’s bold personality.

The Implementer saw the Vox completely transformed, taking over every available space — including the foyer and boardrooms. Delegates could move freely between themed zones, choosing how to spend their time across a mix of sessions and settings. Vox 5 became a workshop zone for hands-on presentations; Vox 3 and 4 hosted expert roundtables with specialists such as Google Ads consultants; and informal ‘work’ and ‘chill’ zones offered everything from focused desk space to relaxed sofa seating.

Attention to detail was key. The Vox’s high standard of service, creative use of lighting, and variety of street food-style catering added to the energy and enjoyment of the day — ensuring every delegate left feeling inspired.

Outcome

Entrepreneurs Circle events at the Vox continue to grow year on year, with delegates praising the venue’s atmosphere, quality and seamless delivery.
