On 22 June, people from all over the country gathered to celebrate the inspirational achievements of over 150 top performing branches, individuals and teams, at the 2019 Post Office Retail Awards.
In her opening speech on the night, Debbie Smith, CEO Retail, expressed the commitment to Better for Postmasters and shared some of the inspirational stories of the nominees. She ended by summing up the whole purpose of the awards event, saying:
“Tonight is about recognising and celebrating you - our very best branches, postmasters and partners for the difference you make to your customers, your communities and this great business”.
