Free Wi-Fi is available throughout all areas of the Vox, so your delegates will never miss a chance to share updates and photos from the event on social, add new business connections on the fly and simply stay up-to-date with all the latest news.

LOUD AND CLEAR

We understand acoustics play an integral part in any event. It’s why when designing the Vox we ensured our fully customisable PA system was built-in to provide optimum clarity throughout all our rooms. Music to the ears of any guest speaker.

SHINE AND RISE

We offer a number of LED lighting and staging effects to ensure your speakers, marketing and brand assets are always seen in the best possible light. We can also match the lighting to your brand colours, further creating an event that’s utterly unique.

HITTING THE BIG SCREEN

Our media wall is made up of 18 screens and offers an engaging way to enhance your event further.

PICTURE PERFECT

Our 55” 4K screens are located in the foyer area, and are ideal for displaying a welcome message or providing seminar details. Movable 4K blade screens are also available at an extra cost, which can be positioned wherever works best for you.

Whether organising set building or arranging firework displays, your dedicated Production Manager will stop at nothing to turn your event into a showstopper.

You won’t find technology for technology’s sake at the Vox. Instead you’ll find a future-proofed infrastructure and team of technical experts ready to deliver a personalised service driven by clarity, integrity and tenacity. That’s not to say you won’t find innovative technical solutions around every corner, it’s just we’ll only ever use them to enhance your event and engage your audience.

We can also do anything an external production company can, which means you’ll save time and money by dealing with a single contact and working with a team of in-house experts who understand the venue inside out. Quite literally.

EXPERTISE

Unlike some venue providers, we believe it’s key to be involved in every aspect of production. It’s why we provide access to a dedicated Production Manager from beginning to end, who’ll be by your side to provide the support you need from initial brainstorms right through to build and beyond. And while many venue providers charge extra for this service, we consider it part of the service. Why? Because by being involved in the whole process we’re able to stop minor issues becoming major headaches and turn challenges into opportunities.

TECHNICAL

Our dedicated in-house technicians will support you and your speakers with every piece of technology in the venue. From our AV and lighting systems to our staging and skyfold walls, you can be confident everything will run smoothly from start to finish. And because we use in-house talent, you’ll avoid any hidden AV costs.

EVENT DESIGN

While we’re proud to have built a trusted network of external suppliers, we’re prouder still to be able to provide exceptional event design all in-house. It means you’re dealing with a team that understands how to get the absolute most from the venue. A team that can install stage sets, choreograph fireworks and provide eye-catching lakeside shows in their sleep.

GRAPHICS

Whether designing stand branding or welcome signage, our in-house Graphics team are always up for a challenge and can offer a bespoke design studio service at a competitive price. You’ll also find they’re as comfortable working in pixels as they are print.
