Kelly Haslehurst, Head of Marketing for the Vox, talks about our brand refresh and new website.

You may have noticed that we've updated the look and feel of the Vox over the past few months. This is a result of a brand review that we conducted when it was time for the Vox to move on from being 'A new world of conferencing' and to develop an identity that reflected the venue's offering three years on from opening. With over 300 events under its belt, the Vox now had significant experience and fantastic customer feedback so it was time to showcase this.

As it continues to build its position as a key venue in the UK events industry, it's vital for us to communicate what makes the Vox so special and why it should be on everyone's radar. It's a truly brilliant venue and we want our brand to communicate the passion and the dedication that the team has to making every event the best it can possibly be and exceeding expectations every single time.

The Vox's brand model and new look reflects the boldness and fresh perspective that the venue brings to the events industry. With a personality of being showstopping, different and genuine, the Vox really does have the 'wow' factor. Its Purpose is setting new standards for events with a Vision of breaking event convention to deliver unforgettable experiences. Our new brand model and identity runs through everything we say and do at and about the Vox and is the output of a detailed combination of workshops, research and collaboration across our in-house Marketing, Sales and Operations teams. It sits neatly alongside our internal Pride staff engagement programme and its sister brand, the ICC.

Our brand new website is the final piece to that puzzle and it comes with the added bonus of some great new features designed to help organisers plan their events as smoothly and efficiently as possible…
